Day #2 - Top 40 Amazon Hottest New Releases

  Another day of my fingers hovering over shift+command+3, ready to capture a screenshot of Salted climbing the ranks. I don't know what's normal for a debut author's release but wow! I'm beyond pleased. I've said this before, yet find myself mentioning it again. It's not everyone who is blessed to witness such a fantastic reaction from family, friends, and even strangers as I have these past couple days. Thank you all for that! It truly means the world to me. :)
  Now, about that little giveaway for two personalized and autographed print copies. The results are in. Hit the 'read more' option to find out who the lucky winners are.

  Make fun of me all you want for the old school drawing. I know it might seem silly to most, but take a good look at all those slips of paper. I wrote down every single one of your names. Anyone who shared the Amazon link, tweeted, told me your favorite marine animal, or signed up for my newsletter. I grinned every time I saw each of your beautiful faces appear in my FB newsfeed. Some of you I haven't seen since high school. Others I might've saw just last week. Regardless, you all had my back.  A few of you even bought multiple copies! One for yourself and others to give friends! How incredible is that? I just...wow! It's truly humbling.
  I'm also proud to say there are names of strangers who joined the release party. Some might've been guilted, others came willingly enough. Doesn't matter to me how they found my book. What matters is they found it and people are READING. 
  One final note. You all have been incredible at promoting Salted. It's been in the Top 40 every day since its release! Pretty sure that trend is going to continue into the weekend. On that note, a few of you challenged to see the happy dances I've often spoken of.

  If you can keep up the pressure and help me push Salted into the Top 20, I'm prepared to film myself doing the Bernie. No joke. So make it happen, people. I'll keep practicing my moves.
