Yep. Some of you will think I'm crazy for this, but I want to list the ebook version of Salted for free on Amazon. Figure it'll be a nice little way to pump everyone up for the release of Taken With A Grain of Salt, Book 2 in the Salt series. Plus, you know, the holidays are coming. What's the Christmas season without a little giving. :) There is a bit of a catch. Amazon won't allow me to list the book for free, but smarter folks than I learned a way around it. If you'd like to see Salted available for free, follow this link to my Amazon page. Once there, scroll on down to just above the customer reviews section where you'll see a little sentence underlined in blue that says: tell us about a lower price? Click that link and you'll see something like this image pop up. Click the Website (Online) option. Then, in the URL blank part, copy and paste the following link from a competing vendor of my book:
https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/427935 List the price and shipping cost as $0.00, then click the orange Submit feedback button. Voila. Before we know it, Amazon will make the Kindle version of Salted for free. Then you can tell your friends, your folks, even Sandy Claws about this great new book by a guy you know and, best of all, it's free to download. Happy early Merry Christmas, 'Merica. Couple more things before you enjoy this awesome weekend to come. 1) Remember that Doritos post I made awhile back? All of you can see it Monday. Those of you who signed up for my newsletter might see it earlier...just sayin'. ;) 2) Good news for the three of you who sent me emails wondering if I was coming back to Indiana for another tour! I'll be back running around my home state from Wednesday, December 3rd - Tuesday, December 9th. Schedule's filling up, but if you know any librarians or teachers who might be interested in hosting a tour stop, lemme know and I'll see if I can work them into the schedule. 3) For those of you who don't live in Indy and might want signed copies of my books to arrive in time for Christmas, you might want to put your orders in early since I'll be on tour that first week in December and delivery times will be slower. Welp, that's all I got for now, folks. Check back on Monday to see the Doritos commercial. Think we have something special again. ;) HAPPY FRIDAY!
