Whew. This past weekend rocked! I learned a short film I starred in, The Contract, is screening at the SAG Foundation Short Film Showcase this Wed. (8/20) with a Q&A/networking event after. For those interested, The Contract tells the story of a desperate man's sacrifice to save the woman he loves from a terrible fate and the repercussions of doing so. Check out the trailer. This is, to quote Will Ferrell, "kind of a big deal." As pulled from their website: 'The SAG Foundation is independent of the Screen Actor's Guild vital assistance and educational programming to the professionals of SAG-AFTRA while serving the public at large through its signature children's literacy programs.' Sooo this is pretty much a win-win for me. I get to see my ugly mug on an L.A. big screen and at an organization that supports actors and children's literacy? Yes, please! It's also big in another way though. After years of empty promises and countless films never reaching completion, The Contract is the film that granted me entry into the Screen Actor's Guild. I'm stoked to witness it's big-screen debut and celebrate actor/writer/producer James Gilbert's achievement and see the audience wowed by Wojciech Kielar's stunning cinematography. Be sure to hit the links and check out the reels/websites of these two incredibly gifted artists who let me hang out with them from time to time.

Absolutely, Kristine! Sorry I didn't see this comment until now. Been crazy busy finishing up the sequel to Salted. Thanks for the compliment though. :)
